Original parts promise
What does "original parts" actually mean?
By default: yes. For brake pads, chains, gear cables, bearings and all safety-critical parts we fit original manufacturer parts. For some wear parts (e.g. tires) we also offer high-quality alternatives (Schwalbe, Continental, Maxxis) — you decide.
Original parts cost 10–30% more than no-name. In return: manufacturer warranty, perfect fit, no premature wear. Especially important for e-bike components — wrong parts can void warranty.
We order within 2–3 working days direct from the manufacturer or Swiss importer. You pay the trip only once — the second visit for fitting is free.
On the material: manufacturer warranty (usually 12 months, longer on some parts). On our work: no warranty, but we are very accommodating on legitimate complaints.
Very likely yes. Mechanically we service almost all bike and e-bike brands. The list above shows the most common in Zurich. Ask us on WhatsApp.
