How much does a bike repair cost in Zurich?
Fixed prices: flat tire CHF 99 all-in (call-out included), brakes or gears from CHF 35, chain from CHF 45. You get the final price on WhatsApp before we ride — no hidden costs.
How fast do you arrive?
City of Zurich ETA is around 45 minutes, seven days a week, 07:00–20:00. Send us a photo on WhatsApp — we reply fast with ETA and fixed price.
Which brands do you repair?
All brands — Trek, Specialized, Cannondale, Cube, Scott, Bosch and Shimano e-bikes, Stromer, Flyer, Veloplus, direct-to-consumer like Canyon and Rose. 75+ brands with original parts.
Where does the repair happen?
At your location — home, office, S-Bahn station. We ride cargo bike through traffic to all 12 city districts plus surrounding (Wiedikon, Seefeld, Oerlikon, Altstetten, Wipkingen, Höngg, Witikon and more).
Repair or replace — what makes sense?
Rule of thumb: if the repair is under 30% of replacement cost, it almost always pays. We tell you honestly when repair stops making sense.
How long does an on-site repair take?
Flat tire: 15–25 min. Brakes or gears: 20–40 min. Bigger jobs like bottom bracket or wheel truing: 45–90 min. You don't need to be present — we work outside and you pay by TWINT or card.
Emergency repairs too?
Yes — roadside and emergency repair is our specialty. WhatsApp us with location and photo, we're there in 45 min. 7 days a week, including Sundays.
