Some bike problems can't wait — a flat on the commute, a broken brake before a tour, a jamming shifter in the morning. Classic Zurich shops often have a 1–2 week wait. We don't: VELOV comes to you express, frequently the same day.
Because we have five depots across the city, travel is short — usually 25–45 minutes from your WhatsApp confirmation. You don't even need to be there: leave the bike out, send your location, we do it and message you when done.

Yes — 7 days a week, 07:00 to 20:00, including Saturday and Sunday. Express demand is highest exactly when most shops are closed.
Do I have to be there for express?
No. Leave the bike out (courtyard, entrance, bike room), send your location and a photo on WhatsApp — we repair on-site and message you when done. Pay by TWINT, card, cash or invoice.
Which problems do you fix in express?
Flat tire, urgent brake, jamming or skipping gears, snapped chain, e-bike light/electrics, and quick safety checks before a tour. Bigger work we schedule as a regular service.
